Account, app and general help
Email support@exitnode.app. Include the email address on your account and, for the desktop app, your app version.
Billing and charges
Charges from ExitNode appear on your statement as EXITNODE.APP. Owners can change plans, update a card, download invoices or cancel in Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. For a question about a charge or a refund, email support@exitnode.app. Refunds are handled as set out in the Terms of Service.
Privacy requests
To access, correct or delete your personal information, or for any question about the Privacy Policy, email privacy@exitnode.app.
